Return

If the products don't meet your expectations, you can of course return them to us within 14 days.

For returns from Germany, a fee of €5.00 is usually charged.

Please note that you must organize the return from abroad yourself.

This is how the self-service return from Germany works:

1. Log in to your account
2. Enter your email address in the **Email** field and then click **Continue**. You will receive an email with a 6-digit confirmation code, which you will enter on the registration page.
3. Click on your order and select the items you want to return. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
4. Click on **Request a Return**.

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.
